Abstract
Artificial intelligence promises to transform healthcare delivery in Indonesia. This systematic review analyzes 47 studies published between 2019 and 2024 on AI applications in Indonesian clinical settings. We identify radiology image analysis, dengue outbreak prediction, and clinical decision support as the most mature areas, while regulatory and data sharing remain key barriers.
